A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the
land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty
the Queen by Bernard Terrence McDavitt, of Awakino,
farmer, and Doris Eileen McDavitt, his wife, under and by
virtue of Crown lease in perpetuity recorded in Volume 118,
folio 11, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for a public
school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 2nd day of July 1962.

ALL that piece of land containing 6·4 perches, being part
