COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto and the leasehold estate in the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her
Majesty the Queen by Hall Block Farm Ltd., under and by
virtue of Crown lease, Volume 6A, folio 193, Wellington Land
Registry, are hereby taken for post office purposes (V.H.F.
Repeater Station site); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of July 1962.
FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres and 6 perches
situated in Block I, Mangahao Survey District, Wellington
R.D., being part Section 1; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5481 (S.O. 25312)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 39·8 perches
situated in Block I, Mangahao Survey District, Wellington
R.D., being part Section 2; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5481 (S.O. 25312)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 13th day of June 1962.

Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post office; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 2nd day of July 1962.

ALL that piece of land containing 28·5 perches situated in the
Borough of Ashburton, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 59,
D.P. 91, being part Rural Section 4354; as the same is more

9971) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for public offices and shall
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of
Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 2nd day of July 1962.
