Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for Better Utilisation in the City of Dunedin

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of July 1962.

SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 16·49 perches situated in Block X, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, being Lots 32 and 33, D.P. 9363. Part certificate of title, Volume 366, folio 68, Otago Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of June 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of July 1962.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 35·6 perches situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District, being part Lot 14, D.P. 36309, being part Allotment 164, Kirikiri roa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5522 (S.O. 41484) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of July 1962.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres 0·3 perches situated in the City of Gisborne, Gisborne R.D., and being part Lot 4, D.P. 484, being part Kaiti 257 Block, Block III, Turanganui Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5566 (S.O. 5208) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

ALL that piece of land containing 29·97 perches situated in the Borough of Wairoa, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lot 20, D.P. 8305, part Suburban Section 11, Class II, Town of Clyde. All certificate of title H.B. Volume 168, folio 12.

ALL that piece of land containing 26 perches situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 18, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5543 (S.O. 43411) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
