Crown Land Set Apart for a Public School (Teachers' Residences) in Block X, Kurow Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school (teachers' residences); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of July 1962.

All those pieces of land situated in Block X, Kurow Survey District, Otago R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for post office purposes (transmitter station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of July 1962.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of Crown land situated in Block XII, Grey-mouth Survey District, Borough of Greymouth, Westland R.D., described as follows:

0 2 22·7 Part Reserve 1930; coloured yellow on plan.
0 0 25·2 Part Lot 1, D.P. 1005, being part Section 473, Town of Greymouth; coloured yellow on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2648 (S.O. 5069) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of June 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedules hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of July 1962.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 29 perches situated in Block X, Mawheraiti Survey District, Nelson R.D., being Crown land (river bed); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5576 (S.O. 10189) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
SECOND SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 24 perches situated in Block XIV, Mawheraiti Survey District, Westland R.D., being Crown land; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5575 (S.O. 5062) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for teachers' residences; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of July 1962.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land containing together 1 rood 26·3 perches, situated in the Borough of Kawerau, being Lot 164, D.P. S. 4752, and Lot 69, D.P. S. 4773, being parts Allotment 315, Parish of Matata. Part certificate of title, Volume 1206, folio 141, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of June 1962.
