Change of the Purpose of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for recreation to a reserve for scenic purposes, to be known as the Piha Scenic Reserve.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Otorohanga County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
