PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Mount Wellington Borough Council on the 2nd day of April 1962:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Mount Wellington Borough Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said borough in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a public reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.”
