HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excel-
lency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and
declares that the access ways described in the Schedule hereto
shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin
and be under the control and management of the Dunedin
City Council.

of Blenheim Exempted from the Provisions of Section 128
of the Public Works Act 1928

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves
of the resolution passed by the Blenheim Borough Council on
the 22nd day of March 1961 and set out in the First Schedule
hereto, in so far as it affects the side and portion of street
described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
THE Blenheim Borough Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in Blenheim, by resolution
declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works
Act 1928 shall not apply to the northern side of the portion
of Alfred Street adjoining Lot 12 on Deposited Plan Number
296, being part Section 1, District of Omaka, and being all
the land in certificate of title, Volume 10, folio 53, Marl-
borough Registry.
SECOND SCHEDULE
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
THE northern side of all that portion of street situated in the
Borough of Blenheim, known as Alfred Street, fronting parts
Lot 12, D.P. 296, being part Section 1, Omaka District; as
the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 5371 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

the Otahuhu Borough Council to reclaim from the sea at
Otahuhu, Manukau Harbour, 3 acres 2 roods 5 perches of
land, more or less, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11155
and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at
Wellington.

of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in
Council made on the 24th day of May 1962 authorising the
Clerk of the Writs to postpone the issue of a Writ for the
Buller Electoral District until the 15th day of June 1962,
and hereby authorises the Clerk of the Writs to issue a Writ
for that electoral district on the 5th day of June 1962.
