A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lots 13 and 16 to the fencing covenant in transfer No. 159673, and as to Lots 8, 13, and 16 to the fencing covenant in transfer No. S. 215688, Auckland Land Registry, and as to Lots 13, 14, 15, and 16 to the building-line restriction in S. 215677, Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of June 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Thomas Charles Shean under and by virtue of lease No. 22860, Auckland Land Registry, for a term commencing on the 1st day of August 1953 and terminating on the 1st day of May 1972, is hereby taken for a university; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of June 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 21st day of March 1962 and published in Gazette, 29 March 1962, No. 20, page 502, taking land for a special school, in so far as it affects the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a special school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of June 1962.
