Crown Land Set Apart for a University in the City of Auckland
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a university; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of June 1962.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 22·04 perches situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 21, D.P. 27319. All register book, Volume 956, folio 294, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of May 1962.

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of June 1962.

SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 3 acres 2 roods 2·7 perches situated in Block III, Cobden Survey District, Westland R.D., being Section 36; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5331 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of May 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a post office, subject to deferred payment licence, part Volume 1393, folio 38, Auckland Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of June 1962.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 20·9 perches situated in Block XII, Waitemata Survey District, Borough of Northcote, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 28, D.P. 47822. Part register book, Volume 1393, folio 38, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of May 1962.

ALL that piece of land containing 33·9 perches situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, Mount Wellington Borough, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 4, D.P. 38232. Part certificate of title, Volume 1868, folio 16, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of May 1962.
