A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to the part of Lot 2, D.P. 35501, described therein, to the agreement as to fencing contained in transfer No. 445030, Auckland Land Registry, for post office purposes (line depot); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of June 1962.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 1 rood 26·3 perches situated in the Borough of Taumarunui, Auckland R.D., and being Allotment 7 and part of Allotments 8 and 9, Block XVII, Taumarunui Maori Township, part of the said Allotment 8 being part Lot 2, D.P. 35501. Balance certificates of title, Volume 833, folio 155, and Volume 914, folio 229, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land first described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Kenneth William John Busch, of Woodville, farmer, under and by virtue of a Crown lease shown in the Register Book of the Wellington Land Registration District as being the balance of Volume 22A, folio 168, and the leasehold estate in the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by J. and G. Bolton Ltd., of Palmerston North, under and by virtue of a Crown lease shown in the Register Book of the Wellington Land Registration District as being all of Volume 22A, folio 175, is hereby taken for post office purposes (V.H.F. station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of June 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sanitary works, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of June 1962.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 12·6 perches situated in Block VI, Titirangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 53, Waikomiti Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5337 (S.O. 42979) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
