Crown Land and Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for Police Purposes (Residences) in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, Subject as to Parts to Building-line Conditions

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes are hereby set apart for police purposes (residences), subject as to the land first described in the Second Schedule to the building-line condition imposed by notice No. 433516, Wellington Land Registry, subject as to the land secondly described in the Second Schedule to the building-line condition imposed by K. 43418, Wellington Land Registry, subject as to the land thirdly described in the Second Schedule to the building-line condition imposed by notice No. 448470, Wellington Land Registry, and subject as to the land fourthly described in the Second Schedule to the building-line condition imposed by notice No. 433515, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of May 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for better utilisation, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of May 1962.

PURSUANT to the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, as amended by section 14 of the Maori Purposes Act 1961, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of May 1962.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 30·4 perches situated in Block I, Invercargill Hundred, Southland R.D., being Lot 576, D.P. 5761, being also part Section 6.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, subject to the building-line condition imposed by notice No. 474052, Wellington Land Registry, subject as to the land secondly described to the storm and surface water drainage rights created by memorandum of transfer No. 520944, Wellington Land Registry, subject as to the land thirdly described to the sewage drainage rights created by memorandum of transfer No. 520945, Wellington Land Registry, and subject as to the land fourthly described to easement certificate No. 520946, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of May 1962.
