A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of May 1962.

An Easement Over Land Taken for a Public School in Block I, Mangaorongo Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for a public school over the land described in the Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to convey storm water from the land taken for a public school by Proclamation No. S. 195997, Auckland Land Registry, along, under, or over the land described in the said Schedule and for that purpose to lay, construct, place, repair, and maintain a line of pipes along, under, or over the land described in the said Schedule, the aforesaid easement to be appurtenant to the land taken for a public school by the said Proclamation No. S. 195997; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of May 1962.
