CORRIGENDUM
In the Proclamation dated the 6th day of March 1962 and
published in Gazette, 15 March 1962, No. 16, at page 419,
taking land for a public school in the Borough of Bluff, for
"D.P. 255", read "D.P. 225", which last-mentioned number
appears in the Proclamation signed by His Excellency the
Governor-General.
Dated at Wellington this 14th day of May 1962.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule
hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act
1948.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 290 acres, more or less,
being the land known as Section 9, Block VII, Mangonui
Survey District, and being all the land in certificate of title,
Volume 1569, folio 49. (S.O. plan 11168.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 16th day of May 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for better utilisa-
tion; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 28th day May 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the develop-
ment of water power (Lake Tekapo Power Scheme); and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 28th day of May 1962.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Blocks XIII and XIV,
Tekapo Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 0 38 Crown land (foreshore); Block XIV; coloured
orange on plan.
6 1 30 Crown land (foreshore); Blocks XIII and XIV;
coloured orange on plan.
1 1 32 Part bed Tekapo River; Block XIII; coloured
orange on plan.
2 2 0 Part Reserves 181 and 2946; Block XIII; coloured
blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 5294 (S.O. 9740) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 15th day of May 1962.
