A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land held for better utilisation described in the First Schedule hereto is set apart for railway purposes, and that the land held for better utilisation described in the Second Schedule is hereby set apart for railway purposes, subject to K. 65363, Auckland Registry, certifying the existence of a line of pipes for stormwater.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a public school, subject as to Lot 31, D.P. 44604, to the fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 604366, and subject to and together with the drainage easement over parts created in and by the said memorandum of transfer No. 604366, Auckland Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of May 1962.
