CORRIGENDUM
Interpreter's Licence Issued Under the Maori Affairs Act 1953
In the notice dated 21 March 1962 and published in the Gazette, 5 April 1962, No. 22, at page 558, authorising persons to act as Maori Interpreters, for "Piringa Waimarama Hori Kaka", read "Piringi Waimarama Hori Kaka".
Dated at Wellington this 10th day of May 1962.

Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Inglewood and New Plymouth, Subject to and Together with Pipeline Certificates as to Part, and Revoking Previous Proclamation
COBHAM, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 7th day of December 1961, No. 80, page 1899, and hereby declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes, subject to and together with as to Lot 66, D.P. 6845, pipeline certificate No. W. 8982, Taranaki Land Registry, and subject to and together with as to Lot 6, D.P. 7189, pipeline certificate No. W. 8989, Taranaki Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on the 21st day of May 1962.
SCHEDULE TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in the Taranaki R.D., described as follows:

Allocating Land Taken for Railway Purposes at East Town to the Purposes of Street
COBHAM, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become street and that the said street shall be under the control of the Wanganui City Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land:

2 2 25'89 Part railway land in Proclamation 1563, being part land in D.P. 3973 and being parts Sections 90 and 91, Left Bank Wanganui River. Situated in Block I, Ikitara Survey District, City of Wanganui. (S.O. 25221.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 17900 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Lines of the Avondale-Onehunga-Southdown Railway in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 7th day of July 1952 and published in the Gazette of that year at page 1175, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 13576, in so far as it affects part Lot 4, D.P. 3747, and part Lot 5, D.P. 21288, being portions of Allotment 92, Titirangi Parish. Both being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1936, folio 93, Auckland Registry.
Situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of Mount Roskill.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of May 1962.
