A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of May 1962.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 6'16 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Section 83, Town of Wellington. All certificate of title, Volume 333, folio 135, Wellington Land Registry (limited as to parcels).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of April 1962.
