Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Marton

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of May 1962.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block III, Rangitoto Survey District, Borough of Marton, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
1 0 38·58 Part Lot 14, Block VI, D.P. 2048; coloured blue on plan.
0 1 30·71 Lots 10 and 11, D.P. 21067; coloured blue on plan.
4 3 27·9 Part Lot 15, Block VI, D.P. 2048; coloured orange on plan.
0 2 26·22 Lots 4 and 5 and part Lots 6 and 7, D.P. 21067; coloured sepia on plan.

All being part Section 13, Rangitikei Agricultural Reserve.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5202 (S.O. 25198) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of May 1962.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 29·1 perches situated in the Borough of Tauranga, being Lot 10, D.P. S. 7325, being part Allotment 14, Parish of Te Papa. Part certificate of title, Volume 2018, folio 30, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of May 1962.
