A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for broadcasting purposes
(broadcasting station) and shall vest in the New Zealand
Broadcasting Corporation as from the 14th day of May 1962.

Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to agreement as to
fencing contained in transfer number 226476, Auckland Land
Registry, for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 14th day of May 1962.

Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State Forest purposes,
subject to certain coal and other rights created by transfer
No. 44162; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 14th day of May 1962.

District, Southland R.D., described as follows:
