Land Held for a Septic Tank for Drainage, Sewage, or Refuse-destroying Purposes Set Apart for the Purposes of Public Offices in Block XV, Christchurch Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for a septic tank for drainage, sewage, or refuse-destroying purposes and vested in the Heathcote Road Board by a Proclamation dated 12 April 1910 and published in Gazette, 14 April 1910, Volume I, page 1142. And whereas the said land is now vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Heathcote. Now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart as from the 14th day of May 1962 for the purposes of public offices.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods situated in Block XV, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Rural Sections 813 and 241; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 26268 (S.O. 2160) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for a public school, is hereby set apart for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of May 1962.
