Easement Taken Over Land in Block XIII, Waoku Survey District, for the Purposes of a Public School
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the First Schedule hereto for the purposes of a public school, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to convey water along, under, or over the said land and for that purpose to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of water pipes along, under, or over the said land, and to construct, use, and maintain a pump house thereon, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of April 1962.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 4·5 perches situated in Block XIII, Waoku Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Waimamaku B 2F 2B Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3486 (S.O. 42915) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIII, Waoku Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

ALL that piece of land containing 13 acres and 30 perches situated in Block II, Takapau Survey District, being Lot 1, D.P. 31480, being part Kaingaroa No. 2 West No. 1 Block. All certificate of title, Volume 1036, folio 231, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line restriction contained in K. 51282, Auckland Land Registry, and subject to Proclamation No. 18123, Auckland Land Registry, defining the middle line of a transmission line, for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of April 1962.
