A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the
Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Charles John, Viscount
Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Kumeu Motorway.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 9·7 perches situated
in Block X, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D. Part
of the land on D.P. 28128, being part Allotment 157, Parish
of Waipareira; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked M.O.W. 4590 (S.O. 42733) deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 31st day of March 1962.

for the Purposes of a Road in Blocks V and IX, Waitemata
Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and that an
easement is hereby taken for the purposes of a road over
the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in
Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence,
and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct,
inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes
under, along, and across the land described in the Second
Schedule hereto and to use the said line of pipes for the
unimpeded conveyance of water; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of
April 1962.

hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and also
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Second
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 16th day of April 1962.
