A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public
reserve first described in the Schedule hereto and the Crown
land secondly described in the Schedule hereto are hereby
set apart for a police station; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of
April 1962.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in Block I, Manapouri
Survey District, Southland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P.
0 0 26'5 Part Section 181; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 32 Section 180; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 5036 (S.O. 6947) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land first described in
the Schedule hereto, now held for defence purposes, and the
land secondly described in the Schedule hereto, now held for
better utilisation, are hereby set apart for road; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 16th day of April 1962.

Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is
hereby set apart for a teacher's residence; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th
day of April 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
Whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto was
taken for refuse-disposal purposes and vested in the Mayor,
Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Nelson by a Pro-
clamation dated the 28th day of July 1944, and published in
Gazette, 3 August 1944, Volume II, page 940; now, therefore,
pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1952, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the said land is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 16th day of April 1962.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 16 acres 2 roods 35 perches
situated in the City of Nelson, Nelson R.D., being part
Section 1, District of Suburban North, and part Section 259A,
