CORRIGENDUM
IN the notice published in the Gazette, 22 March 1962, No. 19,
page 481, releasing part of the Tauranga Development Scheme
from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act
1953, for “Auckland Land District”, read “South Auckland
Land District”.
Dated at Wellington this 4th day of April 1962.

Crown Land Set Apart for Teachers' Residences in Block VIII,
Patetere South Survey District, Subject to a Building-line
Restriction
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for teachers'
residences, subject to the building line restriction imposed by
notice S. 173531, Auckland Land Registry; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
16th day of April 1962.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land containing together 2 roods 18·1
perches, situated in Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District,
being Lots 52, 53, and 54, D.P. S. 6291, being part Tokoroa
No. 1 Block. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1719,
folio 69, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 31st day of March 1962.

Government (Courthouse) and Police Purposes (Station and
Residences) in the Borough of Cambridge
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in
the First Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for public build-
ings of the General Government (courthouse) and that the
Crown land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart for police purposes (station and residences); and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 16th day of April 1962.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 rood 9 perches
situated in the Borough of Cambridge, being Allotment 687,
Town of Cambridge East, as shown on a plan lodged in the
office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland and shown as
No. S.O. 39158.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 acre 1 rood 10·9
perches situated in the Borough of Cambridge, being Allotment
688, Town of Cambridge East, as shown on a plan lodged in
the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland and shown as
No. S.O. 39158.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 3rd day of April 1962.

Manapouri Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a fish hatchery;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 16th day of April 1962.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block I, Manapouri Survey
District, Southland R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 4996 (S.O. 6871) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 3rd day of April 1962.
