NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND, ETC.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Patangata County Council proposes to:
(a) Take the land in the First Schedule hereto for road;
(b) Close those portions of road in the Second Schedule hereto; and
(c) Sever those portions of land in the Third Schedule hereto.

Notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land to be taken for road, of the portions of road to be closed, and of the land to be severed is deposited at the offices of the Patangata County Council, Northumberland Street, Waipukurau, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during office hours.

And persons objecting to the proposal to take the said land, close the portions of the said road, and to the severing of the said land must lodge their objections in writing at the office of the Patangata County Council on or before the 5th day of May 1962.

FIRST SCHEDULE

FIRSTLY, 1 rood 13 perches, more or less, being part of the Eparaima B 3 Block, and being part of the land in certificate of title, H.B. Volume 14, folio 167, which land is more particularly shown coloured orange on S.O. Plan No. 3452;

Secondly, 9 perches, more or less, being part of the bed of the Tutaekaetai Stream, which land is more particularly shown coloured sepia on S.O. Plan No. 3452;

Thirdly, 2 acres 1 rood 25·4 perches, more or less, being part of Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 3331, being part of Eparaima East Block and being part of the land in certificate of title, H.B. Volume 24, folio 295, which land is more particularly shown coloured blue on S.O. Plan No. 3452;

Fourthly, 2 acres and 2·7 perches, more or less, being part Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 3331, being part of Eparaima East Block and being part of the land in certificate of title, H.B. Volume 24, folio 295, which land is more particularly shown coloured blue on S.O. Plan No. 3452, and all of which afore-mentioned land is situate in Block XV of the Motuotaraia Survey District; and

Fifthly, 19·4 perches, more or less, being part Section 3, Block XV, Motuotaraia Survey District, and being part of the land in certificate of title, H.B. Volume 138, folio 266, which land is more particularly shown coloured orange on S.O. Plan No. 3452.

SECOND SCHEDULE

FIRSTLY, 10 perches, more or less, being part Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 3331, being part Eparaima East Block and being part of the land in certificate of title, H.B. Volume 24, folio 295, which land is more particularly shown coloured green on S.O. Plan No. 3452; and

Secondly, 5 acres 1 rood 3 perches, more or less, being part Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 3331, being part Eparaima East Block and being part of the land in certificate of title, H.B. Volume 24, folio 295, which land is more particularly shown coloured green on S.O. Plan No. 3452, and all of which afore-mentioned land situate in Block XV, Motuotaraia Survey District.

THIRD SCHEDULE

FIRSTLY, 11 perches, more or less, being part Eparaima B 3 Block, situate in Block XV, Motuotaraia Survey District, and being, part of the land in certificate of title, H.B. Volume 14, folio 167, which land is more particularly shown coloured orange, bordered orange, on S.O. Plan No. 3452; and

Secondly, 23 perches, more or less, being part Section 3, Block XV, Motuotaraia Survey District, and being part of the land in certificate of title, H.B. Volume 138, folio 266, which land is more particularly shown coloured orange, bordered orange, on S.O. Plan No. 3452.

TARANAKI COUNTY COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

County of Taranaki District Scheme (Combined Area Section) Approved

PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for the County of Taranaki Combined Area Section was approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 13th day of March 1962 after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all amendments of the district scheme required by the Board had been incorporated.

The Council has also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 1st day of April 1962.

A copy of the scheme as approved has been deposited in the Council’s office and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when such office is open to the public.

Dated at New Plymouth this 14th day of March 1962.

Piako District Scheme, Section IV, Balance of the County

PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for Section IV, Balance of the County, was approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on 21 March 1962 after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed, and all amendments of the district scheme required by the Board had been incorporated.

The Council has also resolved that this section of the scheme shall come into operation on the 31st day of March 1962.

Copies of this section of the scheme, as approved, have been deposited in the Council’s office and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when the Council’s office is open to the public.

Change of City of Auckland District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Council made on 12 March 1962, the Council has recommended that the operative district scheme be changed in respect of the matters listed in the Schedule hereto.

The changes of the district scheme, as now recommended by the Council, have been deposited in the Town Hall (Town Planning Division), the Central Library, and each of the Branch Libraries, namely, Avondale, Epsom, Grafton, Grey Lynn, Parnell, Point Chevalier, Remuera, and Tamaki, and are there open for inspection by all persons interested therein, without fee, at any time when the above places are open to the public.

Objection to the proposed changes of the district scheme may be made by way of written notice in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, or to the like effect marked “objection to scheme change” and lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than 24 April 1962. An appropriate form for use by objectors is available from the Town Hall or from the libraries.

At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Council in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.
