1960, public notice is hereby given that the district scheme

1962, after all objections relating to the scheme had been
disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect

decision dated the 7th day of February 1962 the Town and
Country Planning Appeal Board unconditionally consented
to the application of Neal and Neal Ltd. for a departure
under section 35 of the Town and Country Planning Act
1953 from the above district scheme.

The substance and effect of the consent is to change the
designation of the land situated at 24–26 Hori Street as
"Industrial D" to the designation "Residential".
