WELLINGTON HOSPITAL BOARD

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and in the matter of the Hospitals Act 1957.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington Hospital Board, being a local authority with the meaning of the Public Works Act 1928, proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a public work, namely, the provisions of access to the chest clinic at the Wellington Hospital; and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands who have any well-grounded objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands should state their objections in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Secretary, Wellington Hospital Board, Wellington Hospital.

SCHEDULE

A. All that piece of land situated in the City of Wellington containing twelve perches and eight tenths of a perch (12·8p.), more or less, being Lot 11 on Deposited Plan Number 869, and being part of Section 770 of the City of Wellington, and being also all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 92, folio 268 (Wellington Registry): Subject to Order in Council No. 218 exempting Mein Street from the provisions of section 117 of the Public Works Act 1905, subject to certain conditions as to building line.

B. All that piece of land situate in the City of Wellington containing twelve perches and eight tenths of a perch (12·8p.), more or less, being Lot 10 on Deposited Plan Number 869, and being part of Section 770 of the City of Wellington, and being also all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 93, folio 169 (Wellington Registry): Subject to Order in Council No. 218 exempting Mein Street from the provisions of section 117 of the Public Works Act 1905, subject to conditions as to building.

OPOTIKI COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Counties Act and the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Opotiki County Council proposes, under the provisions of the afore-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a road passing through or adjoining the several pieces of land referred to hereunder in the Waioeka Riding of the county; and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken.

And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the said lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Opotiki County Council situate in Elliott Street, Opotiki, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public works or by the taking of such lands who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objection in writing and send the same within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a public road for which purpose the land described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by the Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928.

A plan of the land required to be taken as aforesaid lies open to public inspection at the office of the Council in Bank Street, Te Awamutu.

All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any wellfounded objections to the execution of such work or to the taking of such land and to send such writing to the Waipa County Council within 40 days from the first publication of this notice.
