ALL that piece of land containing 17·9 perches situated in Block II, Patetere North Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 1 D.P. 33325, being part Okoroire Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4305 (S.O. 38286) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

Also, all that piece of land containing 0·6 of a perch situated in Block XIV, Tapapa Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 32560, being part Okoroire Block and part Section 28A, Okoroire Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4305 (S.O. 38286) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue, edged blue.
