A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of April 1962.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing agreement contained in transfer S. 176945, Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of April 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Ryecroft Private Hotel Ltd. under and by virtue of lease No. 21927, Auckland Land Registry, for a term commencing on the 1st day of November 1949 and terminating on the 31st day of October 1970, is hereby taken for a university; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of April 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by the Intellectually Handicapped Children's Parents' Association (Incorporated) under and by virtue of lease No. 380, Auckland Land Registry, for a term commencing on the 15th day of March 1875 and terminating on the 14th day of March 1974, is hereby taken for a university; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of April 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Lachlan McIntosh, of Auckland, company director, under and by virtue of lease No. 305, Auckland Land Registry, for a term of 99 years from the 1st day of May 1873, is hereby taken for a university; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of April 1962.
