Land Taken for Road and the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block I, Greenburn Survey District, Kaikoura County
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and also hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Kaikoura from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of April 1962.
FIRST SCHEDULE
Marlborough Land District
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 34·2 perches situated in Block I, Greenburn Survey District, Marlborough R.D., being part land shown on D.P. 167, being part Section 1; coloured orange on plan.
SECOND SCHEDULE
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 0·5 perches situated in Block I, Greenburn Survey District, Marlborough R.D., being part land shown on D.P. 167, being part Section 1; coloured orange, edged orange, on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4929 (S.O. 4403) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of March 1962.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of April 1962.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XXVII, Town of Wanaka, Otago R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 0 10 Part Section 1; coloured yellow on plan.
0 0 0·6 Part Section 3; coloured sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4875 (S.O. 12938) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
