581), part of Waihaha No. 3 Block, and the Oruapuraho
River; towards the east by the shores of Lake Taupo and
the Tokaanu River to a point due west of Trig. Station E
(Manganamu); towards the north by a right line bearing
due east to the eastern side of the Tongariro Bridge -Waihi
Pa Main Highway; towards the north-east by the north-
eastern side of the said highway to the National Park-
Taupo State Highway, and by the latter highway to the right
bank of the Waikato River; towards the south-west by
the Waikato River to the shores of Lake Taupo. As shown on
plan No. 53/10 deposited in the Head Office of the New
Zealand Forest Service in Wellington, and thereon bordered
red."

Pursuant to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Kaingaroa Rural Fire District Order 1948, Amendment No. 5, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Kaingaroa Rural Fire District Order 1948* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).
- The principal order may hereinafter be cited as the Kaingaroa Rural Fire District Order 1948.
- The principal order is hereby amended by omitting the Schedule thereto, and substituting the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this order.
- The Order in Council amending the constitution of the Kaingaroa Rural Fire District published in the Gazette of 1961, Volume I, page 250, is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
Schedule to be substituted for the Schedule to the principal order:
"SCHEDULE
"SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—ROTORUA CONSERVANCY
"Kaingaroa Rural Fire District
"ALL that area in Taupo, Rotorua, and Whakatane Counties containing approximately 710,000 acres situated in Tarawera, Ruawahia, Rangitaiki Lower, Paeroa, Kaingaroa, Galatea, Tatua, Takapau, Wheao, Ahikereru, Tauhara, Otukotara, Heruiwi, Tokaanu, Waitahanui, Maruanui, and Runanga Survey Districts and bounded generally as follows: Commencing at a point on the western boundary of Matahina D Block, being 10 chains distant from the north-western corner of the said block;
Block, and Kaimanawa No. 1c Block; thence in a north-westerly direction along Kaimanawa No. 1B and 1E 2A Blocks; thence in a generally south-westerly direction along the northern boundaries of Kaimanawa No. 1E 2A Block, Section 1, Block XII, Waitahanui Survey District, Kaimanawa No. 1E 2C Block, Section 1, Block XI, Waitahanui Survey District, and Kaimanawa No. 1E 2E, 1E 2F, 1F 1 Blocks, and Tauranga Taupo No. 3B 1A Block; thence in a north-westerly direction along the south-western boundaries of Turutururoa and Te Whataroa Blocks to the easternmost corner of Tauranga-Taupo No. 2A 2 Block; thence in a south-westerly direction along the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of the last-mentioned block to the Tauranga-Taupo River; thence in a north-westerly direction by the right bank of the Tauranga-Taupo River to the shore of Lake Taupo; thence in a northerly direction generally along the shore of the said lake to the southern boundary of the Taupo Town District; thence in an easterly direction along the boundary of the Taupo Town District to the Taupo-Napier State Highway; thence in a south-easterly direction along the southern side of the said State highway to a public road; thence in a northerly direction generally along the western side of the said public road and the western and northern boundaries of Section 1, Block III, Tauhara Survey District, to and across the Rotokaua Road; thence in a north-easterly direction by the north-western side of the last-mentioned road to the easternmost corner of Section 2, Block III, Tauhara Survey District; thence along a straight line parallel to the north-western boundaries of Kaingaroa No. 2 West No. 2 and Kaingaroa No. 2 West No. 1 Blocks to the Waikato River; thence generally in a north-easterly direction along the right bank of the Waikato River to its junction with the Waiotapu Stream, and by the left bank of that stream to the southern boundary of Reporoa Settlement; thence in an easterly direction by the boundary of the Reporoa Settlement to the western side of the Reporoa Road; thence in a northerly direction generally along the western side of that road to the north-eastern corner of Section 34S, Reporoa Settlement; thence by the crossing of Loop Road to the Waiotapu Stream and by that stream to the south-western boundary of Rotomahana-Parekarangi No. 34, No. 2B No. 2 Block, and along the last-mentioned boundary to and across the Taupo-Rotorua State Highway; thence in a north-westerly direction along a straight line to Trig. Station No. 30 (Maungaongaonga); thence in a north-easterly direction along a straight line to the intersection of the north-eastern boundary of Rotomahana-Parekarangi No. 6A, Section 2, No. 1B Block, with the northern boundary of Block III, Paeroa Survey District; thence due east along a straight line to a reserve surrounding Lake Rerewhakaitu; thence along the southern boundary of that reserve to the south-western boundary of Section 1, Block XIV, Ruawahia Survey District; thence in a south-easterly and north-easterly direction along the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of Section 1 aforesaid, and the south-eastern boundary of Rerewhakaitu No. 1A 2 Block; thence generally in a south-easterly direction along the southern boundary of Pokohu C No. 1 Block; and thence in a north-easterly direction along the south-eastern boundaries of Pokohu C 1, E, and D Blocks to the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 47/79 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red."

Pursuant to section 17 of the Tenancy Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares the public work described in the Schedule hereto to be a work of importance and urgency for the purposes of that section.
SCHEDULE
The construction, within the City of Auckland, of a police station on that area of 1 acre 1 rood 31·5 perches, more or less, taken or set apart for that purpose under the Public Works Act 1928, with frontage on the north-western boundary to Hobson Street, on the north-eastern boundary to Cook Street, and on the south-eastern boundary to Vincent Street, and including Lot 1, D.P. 15193, being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 355, folio 27, and part Allotment 3 of Section 28, Town of Auckland, being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 599, folio 210, Auckland Land Registry.
