Land Proclaimed as Road in Block II, Mangaorongo Survey District, Otorohanga County

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 5·2 perches situated in Block II, Mangaorongo Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Section 12; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155144 (S.O. 38282) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of March 1962.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

Land for Road

ALL that piece of land containing 11 perches situated in Block VII, Tapapa Survey District, Auckland R.D., being Crown land; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4848 (S.O. 38794) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

Road Closed

ALL that piece of road containing 11 perches situated in Block VII, Tapapa Survey District, Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through Crown land; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4848 (S.O. 38794) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

0 1 24 Part Allotment 52, Te Papa Parish, and Lot 2, D.P. 18588, being part Allotment 58, Te Papa Parish; coloured green, edged green, on plan.
1 0 0 Lots 1 and 3, D.P. 18588, being part Allotments 57 and 58, Te Papa Parish; coloured green on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4846 (S.O. 41194) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
