A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of March 1962.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Tapapa Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Whangarei as from the date hereinafter mentioned, and I also hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 18th day of May 1961, and published in Gazette, 25 May 1961, No. 34, at page 730, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 18274; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of March 1962.
