ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 13·18 perches situated in the City of Wanganui, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 17933, being part Lot B, Right Bank Wanganui River; coloured yellow on plan.
THIRD SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 19·32 perches situated in the City of Wanganui, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 13506, being part Lot B, Right Bank Wanganui River; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4208 (S.O. 25171) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a road, and that the said road shall be under the control of the National Roads Board and shall be maintained by the said Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.
