Declaration That Part of the Belmont Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Belmont Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act and, further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the First Schedule hereto and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Mount Roskill Borough Council to Lucy Eliza Stubbs, of Auckland, married woman, in consideration of her transferring the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to the Mount Roskill Borough Council in fee simple to be held by the said Council as and for a recreation reserve.
