Declaration That Portion of the Okauia Domain Shall be Set Apart as a Site for a Public Hall and Vesting in the Matamata County Council
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that portion of the Okauia Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the 1st day of April 1961, be set apart as a reserve for a site for a public hall and, further, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Matamata, in trust, for that purpose.
