Warden Appointed

PURSUANT to section 9 of the Mining Act 1926, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint Harry Rosen, Esquire, Stipendiary Magistrate, to be a Warden on and from the 19th day of February 1962, to hold and exercise the duties of such office under and subject to the provisions of the said Act during pleasure.

Stipendiary Magistrate Appointed

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint Harry Rosen, Esquire, of Auckland, Barrister and Solicitor, to be a Stipendiary Magistrate on and from the 19th day of February 1962, to exercise criminal and civil jurisdiction within New Zealand.

Appointment of the Thames County Council to Control and Manage a Reserve
