Warden Appointed
PURSUANT to section 9 of the Mining Act 1926, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint Harry Rosen, Esquire, Stipendiary Magistrate, to be a Warden on and from the 19th day of February 1962, to hold and exercise the duties of such office under and subject to the provisions of the said Act during pleasure.

Appointment of the Thames County Council to Control and Manage a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Thames County Council to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for scenic purposes.
