ON and from the 1st day of April 1962 the area described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby included in the Borough of
Bluff.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, Southland
County, containing by estimation 30 acres, more or less,
commencing at the northernmost corner of Section 11, Block
XXIII, Town of Campbelltown, and proceeding thence south-
easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 11, 7,
10, and 12, Block XXIII, aforesaid, to the easternmost corner
of the said Section 12, being a point on the boundary of the
Borough of Bluff as described in Gazette, 1940, page 1802;
thence south-westerly and north-westerly generally along the
said boundary of the Borough of Bluff to a point in line
with the north-western boundary of the said Section 11;
thence north-easterly to and along the north-western boundary
of the said Section 11 to the point of commencement.

PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1961,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes
the following order.
ORDER
- On and from the 1st day of April 1962 the area described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the County
of Franklin and included in the Borough of Papakura. - The alteration of the boundaries of the said county and
the said borough hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have
been effected under the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Franklin
County, containing 12 acres, more or less, bounded by a line
commencing at the north-eastern corner of Lot 2, D.P. 40489,
on the western side of State Highway No. 1 (Great South
Road) in Block IV, Drury Survey District, and proceeding
southerly along the western side of the said highway to the
south-eastern corner of Lot 11, D.P. 42996; thence westerly
along the southern boundary of the said Lot 11 and Lot 10
and northerly, easterly, and again northerly along the western
and northern boundaries of the said Lot 10 and the western
boundaries of Lots 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, along a right line crossing
part Allotment E 11, Opaheke Parish, comprised in certificate
of title, Volume 1317, folio 85, and continuing along the
western boundaries of Lots 4, 3, 2, and 1, all the aforesaid
lots being of D.P. 42996, to the north-western corner of the
said Lot 1; thence westerly, northerly, and again westerly
along the northern, eastern, and northern boundaries of the
aforesaid part Allotment E 11 to the south-western corner
of part Allotment E 11 shown on S.O. Plan 41427 (Secondary
School, Gazette, 1959, page 1180); thence northerly along
the western boundary of the last-mentioned part Allotment
E 11 to the intersection of the southern boundary of the

the following order.
ORDER
- On and from the 1st day of April 1962 the area described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the County
of Stratford and included in the County of Clifton. - The alteration of the boundaries of the said counties
hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have been effected
under the Counties Act 1956.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Stratford County comprising 1,445 acres
bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of
the Waitara River in line with the northern boundary of
Section 1, Block X, Upper Waitara Survey District; thence
westerly to and along the northern boundary of the said
Section 1, to and generally southerly along the western
boundary of that section and its production to the middle
of the Waitara River; thence generally easterly and northerly
up the middle of that river to the point of commencement.
Also, all that area in the Stratford County comprising 5,430
acres bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle
of the Waitara River in line with the western boundary of
Section 9, Block XI, Upper Waitara Survey District; thence
southerly to and along the western boundary of the said
Section 9 to and generally south-easterly along the south-
western boundaries of that section and Section 2, Block XVI,
Upper Waitara Survey District, to and generally northerly
along the eastern boundaries of the said Section 2 and
Section 8, Block XII, Upper Waitara Survey District, and the
last-mentioned boundary produced across Mangare Road to
its northern side; thence westerly along the northern side of
Mangare Road to the eastern boundary of Part Section 3,
Block XII, Upper Waitara Survey District; thence northerly
generally along the eastern boundary of that section and its
production across Mangaowata Road to the middle of the
Mangaowata Stream; thence easterly generally up the middle
of that stream to a point in line with the eastern boundary
of part Section 1, Block XII, Upper Waitara Survey District;
thence northerly and westerly generally to and along the
eastern and northern boundaries of that section to the eastern
side of Rerekino Road; thence southerly generally along the
eastern side of that road to the western boundary of Section
2, Block XVI, Upper Waitara Survey District; thence northerly
along a right line being the production of the western bound-
ary of the said Section 2 to the middle of the Waitara River;
thence westerly generally down the middle of that river to
the point of commencement.

McGowan, B.E.M. (70561), is extended for a period of two
years, with effect from 14 July 1965.
