A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for irrigation purposes (race-man's cottage).

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres and 14·4 perches situated in Block VII, Rangitata Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Rural Section 30790; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4721 (S.O. 9911) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of February 1962.

ALL that piece of land containing 9·5 perches situated in Block XI, Puketapu Survey District, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being Lot 2, D.P. 10487, being part Block 7, Eskdale Crown Grant District. Part certificate of title, H.B. Volume 51, folio 117.

Leonard George Herston Sinclair, Esquire, Stipendiary Magistrate, of Auckland, to be the Chairman of the Representation Commission.

Revoking Licence Authorising Percy Taylor to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore at Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu, as a Site for a Jetty

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 12th day of February 1962
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and with the consent of the licensee, hereby revokes the licence granted on the 14th day of January 1952 to James Shaw Campbell (which licence was subsequently assigned to Percy Taylor) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore at Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu, as shown on plans marked M.D. 8701 and 9274 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a jetty.
