Volume 116, folio 26, Volume 155, folio 97, and Volume 195, folio 10 (S.O. plans 1739, 2174, and 2697). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked I.A. 52/522 deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of January 1962.

PURSUANT to section 131 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the memorandum of acceptance dated the 29th day of November 1954 and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin as No. X. 16356, exempting Frame Street in the City of Dunedin from the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, subject to a condition as to the building line, by varying the condition with regard to the building line imposed by the said memorandum of acceptance so that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lot 47 and part Lot 48, Block III, D.P. 202, being part Section 12, North East Valley Survey District, being part certificate of title, Volume 155, folio 106, Otago Land Registry, within a distance of 25 ft from the centre line of the said street.
