A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of February 1962.

ALL that piece of land containing 2·8 perches situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District; being Lot 13, D.P. 21766, being part Section 5, Avonhead Settlement, Part certificate of title, Volume 858, folio 72, Canterbury land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Maori school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of February 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a technical school, subject as to the land first described in the said Schedule to the building-line condition created by K. 27946, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of February 1962.
