COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 12th day of February 1962.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 38 perches situated in the
Borough of Masterton, Wellington R.D., being Lot 45, D.P. 66,
being part Section 30, Masterton Small Farm Settlement. All
certificate of title, Volume 313, folio 39, Wellington Land
Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 1st day of February 1962.

All those pieces of land situated in Block VIII, Thames Survey District, Borough of Thames, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
