A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the First Schedule is hereby set apart for road; and I also hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of February 1962.

Canterbury Land District
All those pieces of land situated in the Burke Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:
