A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes,
subject to pipeline certificate S. 135636, Auckland Registry,
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the 12th day of February 1962.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 34.2 perches situated
in Block VI, Patetere North Survey District, Borough
of Putaruru, being Lot 19, D.P. S. 6107, being part Section
7, Selwyn Settlement. Formerly part certificate of title,
Volume 1706, folio 85, Auckland Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes,
subject to a building-line restriction imposed by notice No.
1922, Marlborough Registry; and I also declare that this
proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of
February 1962.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 35.9 perches
situated in Block XI, Mount Fyffe Survey District, and

utilisation described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby
set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 12th day of February 1962.
