A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of February 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing agreement contained in Transfer 72877, Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of February 1962.
