COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a county depot, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Taumarunui as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of January 1962.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres situated in the Borough of Taumarunui, Taranaki R.D., being part Ohura South, N 2E Ic; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4467 (S.O. 9286) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for municipal purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Masterton as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of January 1962.
