A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a university; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of January 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, subject to the building-line condition imposed by notice No. 464247, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of January 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the benefit of rights of way created in memoranda of transfer No. 57403 and 57949, Gisborne Land District, and subject as to part to rights of way created in the said memoranda of transfer No. 57403 and 57949, is hereby taken for a teacher's residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of January 1962.
