NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 NOTICE is hereby given that the Kamo Town Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the surface of land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the subsoil immediately underlying or adjacent thereto, to a depth of 20 ft for street; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the said Council, situated in Bay of Islands Road, Kamo, and is open for public inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the proposed taking of the said land who have any well grounded objections to the proposed taking of the said land must state their objections in writing and send the same, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the Clerk at the Council Chambers, Bay of Islands Road, Kamo.
SCHEDULE
ALL those parcels of land contained in the Survey District of North Auckland containing:
(i) 2 acres 3 roods 14·3 perches, being part Allotments 162 and 163, Parish of Whangarei, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 1004, folio 282, Auckland Registry, as shown coloured blue on S.O. Plan 43301; and (ii) 3·2 perches, being part Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 44509, being part Allotment 163, Parish of Whangarei, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 1377, folio 85, Auckland Registry, as shown coloured yellow on S.O. Plan 43301. both pieces of land being situated in Block VIII of the Purua Survey District.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and in the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Lower Hutt City Council, being a local authority within the meaning of the Public Works Act 1928, proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a public work, namely, the extension of the Hutt Recreation Ground in the City of Lower Hutt; and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for recreation purposes; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken marked T/P. J. 3 is deposited in the offices of the Council, situate in the Administration Building, Laings Road, Lower Hutt, and is there open for inspection by all persons, without fee, during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land who have any well-grounded objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land should state their objections in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk at the above address.

B. All those pieces of land situate in Block IX of the Paekakariki Survey District containing respectively 38 acres 2 roods 36·4 perches and 2 roods 8 perches and being also parts of Lot 2 on Deposited Plan No. 6158, and being also part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 299, folio 204 (Wellington Registry); as the same are more particularly shown outlined in red on the said plan T/P.
