(a) By adding to the conditional uses relating to Commercial B zones the subclause "(f) any business which would not give rise to undue disturbance to the amenities of the neighbourhood generally", and by renumbering subclause "(f)" as "(g)";
(b) By adding to the conditional uses relating to Industrial B zones the subclause "(h) any industry which would not give rise to undue disturbance to the amenities of the neighbourhood generally", and by renumbering subclause "(h)" as "(i)",
was approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 28th day of November 1961 after due notification of the proposal to change the scheme as above, and no objections or appeals had been received and no amendments had been required.
The Council has also resolved that the change in the scheme shall become operative on the 1st day of January 1962.
Copies of the change of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the Council office and every public library in the district and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when those places are open to the public.

HOROWHENUA COUNTY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
County of Horowhenua District Scheme—Otaki Section Approved
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the district scheme, under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, for the Otaki section of the county of Horowhenua was approved by the Council, by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 13th day of December 1961, after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all amendments of the district scheme required by the Board had been incorporated.
The Council has also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 1st day of January 1962.
Copies of the scheme, as approved, have been deposited in the Council’s office and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.

AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Change of City of Auckland District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Council made on the 11th day of December 1961, the Council has recommended that the operative district scheme be changed in respect of the matters listed in the Schedule hereto.
The changes of the district scheme, as now recommended by the Council, have been deposited in the Town Hall (Town Planning Division), the Central Library, and each of the branch libraries, namely, Avondale, Epsom, Grafton, Grey Lynn, Parnell, Point Chevalier, Remuera, and Tamaki, and are there open for inspection by all persons interested therein, without fee, at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objection to the proposed changes of the district scheme may be made by way of written notice in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and County Planning Regulations 1960, or to the like effect marked “objection to scheme change” and lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later that the 28th day of February 1962. An appropriate form for use by objectors is available from the Town Hall or from the libraries.
At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Council in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.
