Change of the Purpose of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for gravel purposes to a reserve for a site for a compost plant.

ALL that area in the Southland Land District containing by estimation 1,510 acres, more or less, being that group of islands known as “Antipodes Islands”, situated in the South Pacific Ocean in approximate latitude 49° 40' south and longitude 178° 50' east.
Also all that area in the Southland Land District containing by estimation 335 acres, more or less, being that group of islands known as “Bounty Islands”, situated in the South Pacific Ocean in approximate latitude 47° 42' south and longitude 179° 03' east.
