Land Taken for Buildings of the General Government in the City of Wellington
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1961.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 26·53 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part land on plan A/2403, being part Sections 533 and 534, Town of Wellington. All certificate of title, Volume 401, folio 37, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of December 1961.

Easement Over Land Taken for the Purposes of an Aerodrome in the City of Wellington
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way, with the right for Her Majesty’s invitees, servants, agents, workmen, and licensees from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses or other animals or vehicles, over that land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way for the purpose of providing access to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, such easement to be appurtenant to the land described in the said Second Schedule; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1961.
FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4213 (S.O. 24506) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3665 (S.O. 24952) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Being the land described in the First Schedule to Proclamation No. 508582, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of December 1961.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 3·67 perches situated in Block I, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 8; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4451 (S.O. 25101) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1961.
